Cetus Solutions have been acquired by Proact IT UK. Proact are part of the Proact IT Group AB, a NASDAQ listed company headquartered in Sweden, founded in 1994 with a group turnover of over 340m euros and over 1000 team members across Europe and 220 people in the UK.

This is an amazing opportunity for Cetus to grow and enhance our market position throughout the UK. Cetus will continue to focus on delivering Hybrid Cloud and Workspace Solutions complementing Proact’s portfolio of products and services to jointly become one of the UK’s leading forces in the IT Solutions marketplace.

After delivering one of our highest performing years in FY2020 at Cetus, the merger with the Proact team presents a fantastic opportunity for Cetus to go from strength to strength, extending our reach, skills and the range of specialist resources available to our customers.
