Intragen Scales Up with Third Acquisition in Twelve Months

FPE Capital LLP (‘FPE’), the specialist software & services focused lower mid-market growth investor, announces that their portfolio company Intragen has acquired Atlas Identity Limited (‘Atlas Identity’), one of the UK’s fastest growing IAM service providers, recognised in the Sunday Times Hundred 2024.

Intragen was FPE’s sixth investment from FPE Fund II, the firm’s second specialist software and services fund. Atlas Identity is the third acquisition Intragen has made in the last 12 months, having previously acquired United Identity, the IAM business unit of Telia in Finland, and AspisID earlier this year. By adding Atlas Identity’s extensive customer base, including many blue-chip corporations across EMEA, Intragen significantly increases the number of managed service customers it can serve, further strengthening its market position.
