HireAra is a London-based start-up, founded in 2022 by a team committed to building technologies  that transform outcomes for recruitment agencies. Their AI-powered candidate presentation  platform helps recruiters present candidates in a polished, branded manner, improving both  efficiency and presentation quality. The platform automates the creation of formatted CVs, spec  CVs, client cover sheets, and candidate assessment packs, ensuring that candidate content is  consistently well-presented. To date, over a million candidates have been presented using the  platform. 

The Access Group’s acquisition of HireAra marks a significant step in expanding its capabilities in  AI-driven talent management, strengthening its Recruitment Operating System (RecOS) offering. 

By combining HireAra’s advanced AI technology with The Access Group’s recruitment and HR  expertise, the partnership will provide clients with powerful, end-to-end solutions designed to  streamline recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes. 

Two-thirds of recruiters now routinely use AI tools to automate time-consuming manual tasks  including job advert creation, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence. These tools  help to unlock capacity in teams and accelerate efforts to place candidates in the right roles.
