The ValPal Network is a pioneer in the automated valuation model (AVM) space – giving vendors an instant online sales or rental valuation of their property – converting website traffic into leads for Estate and Letting Agents.  

The ValPal Network currently powers over a million vendor and landlord valuation leads each year for more than 4,000 estate agency partners across the UK. Its scale and proven ability to convert consumer interest into high-quality opportunities forms a significant part of the strategic rationale for the acquisition. By integrating The ValPal Network’s market-leading lead-generation solution into iamproperty’s ecosystem, the Company will offer the most powerful, end-to-end lead-generation capability currently available in the UK residential property market. 

As AI technologies are increasingly adopted across the residential property sector, The ValPal Network’s AI capabilities and services are already driving enhanced value for Estate Agents and better outcomes for consumers. Its ValPal Pro solution uses the latest AI technology to make calls, texts and emails that contact and nurture new inbound client leads, providing instant responses and identifying the most motivated vendors and landlords efficiently.
