Heligan Group advises on NSSLGlobal’s acquisition of MetOcean Telematics (UK) 

NSSLGlobal has expanded its communication business  into security, surveillance and asset tracking 

Heligan Group, the intelligence-led investment and advisory group, has advised NSSLGlobal, the global provider of satellite communications, IT, engineering and systems-integration solutions, on its acquisition of MetOcean Telematics (UK) as it expands into security, surveillance and asset tracking.

The acquisition provides a strategic progression in developing NSSLGlobal’s product offerings to current and future customers, whilst expanding its reach into relevant adjacent markets with a powerful combination of communications and security capabilities.

MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd provides global security, surveillance and IOT asset tracking solutions for international law enforcement, enterprise customers and high-profile individuals. In addition, the company is specialised in covert vehicle fitting, including surveillance and communication equipment. These proven and trusted products are designed for locating and tracking key assets via satellite, cellular and radio, especially in remote areas and harsh environments.
